One Prompt, A Whole Week of Posts

If you dread opening social media each morning wondering what to post, try this: do it all at once, once a week.

Pick a slow moment — Sunday night, or first coffee Monday — and ask AI to map out seven days of post ideas based on your business. Give it a mix of goals (not just sales) so the week feels balanced.

Prompt: "I run a [nail salon / cafe / cleaning business] in Melbourne. Suggest 7 social media post ideas for next week, one per day, with a mix of behind-the-scenes, a tip, a customer story, a promotion, and a fun/light post. Keep each idea to one sentence."

You'll get a simple list like:

• Monday: Behind-the-scenes of your morning setup
• Tuesday: A quick tip related to your service
• Wednesday: A customer win or thank-you
• Thursday: This week's offer
• Friday: Something light and fun

From there, you just write the actual captions when you're ready — the hard part (deciding what to post) is already done. Save the list as your weekly template and reuse it.
