We only collect information you choose to give us, or that is needed for the site to work:

• Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone, the service you're interested in, and your message.
• ROI calculator: your email (and optional name), plus the business figures you enter to generate an estimate.
• AI assistant: the messages you send to our chatbot, so it can respond. We also record that a chat took place.
• Automatically: basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics and essential cookies (see below).

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To operate the website's features, such as the chatbot and calculator.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We store your information using trusted service providers and only share it with the providers needed to deliver the site. These include:

• Supabase — database and storage for form and calculator submissions.
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Brevo — sending email notifications when you contact us.
• Anthropic — powering the AI assistant that replies to your messages.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely.

We use essential cookies to make the site work, and remember your language and cookie choices. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner on the site, or manage them in your browser.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just email us and we'll action your request.

We keep your information only for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its update date.
