One Prompt, Two Languages: Bilingual FAQs Made Easy

Share

If your customers speak both English and Chinese, your FAQ page should too. You don't need to write it twice — one good prompt can do both at once.

Open ChatGPT (or any AI chat tool) and try this:

"Write an FAQ answer for a beauty salon about our cancellation policy. Give the answer in English first, then in Simplified Chinese below it. Keep the tone friendly and professional, 2–3 sentences each."

Swap in your own topic — booking process, opening hours, deposit rules, product returns, whatever your clients keep asking about.

A few tips to get better results:

  • Be specific about your actual policy (dates, fees, timeframes) so the AI doesn't guess.
  • Ask for Simplified or Traditional Chinese depending on your customers.
  • Copy the answers straight onto your website, into a WeChat message, or a printed card at reception.

Do this for your top 5 most-asked questions today, and you'll have a polished, bilingual FAQ section ready before lunch — no translator needed.
