Write Your FAQ Page Once, in Two Languages

Share

If your customers ask the same questions in English and in Chinese — about deposits, parking, or cancellation policies — you don't need to write the FAQ page twice. Ask AI to draft both versions side by side, so the tone and meaning actually match, not just the words.

Pick one tricky question your business gets often (deposits are a classic one) and try this:

"Write an FAQ answer for: 'Do I need to pay a deposit to book?' Give me a friendly, casual version in English for my website, and a polite, slightly more formal version in Chinese for my WeChat page. Keep both under 60 words."

You'll get two answers that feel natural to each audience, not a stiff translation of one into the other. Read both over, tweak anything that doesn't sound like you, and drop them straight onto your FAQ page or chatbot.

Do this for your five most-asked questions and you'll have a proper bilingual FAQ section in under half an hour — one less thing customers have to ask you about twice.
